I’m really kind of psyched about it…have a look.
In other news, poor Ari Up, RIP…remember when I interviewed her last year and we talked about period cramps and UTIs?
Also, on a personal note, kind of a bummer, Sean (my son) dislocated his shoulder playing football on Monday and will probably not be able to play again, ever, for risk of re-injury. He’s also going to miss some of the lead-up to X-C ski season, which is even more of a downer, because he’s quite good at that, but success is all about conditioning. He’s real sad, refuses to play Madden NFL on Xbox even, poor guy.

Whoa, a Pop Matters interview, too! I hope your son feels better.
Thanks, andrew, do you like PopMatters?
Sean's okay physically now, just kind of down. He's going to Salem today with his class to see the Witch Museum and the House of Seven Gables, so I hope that's fun.
I hope the class trip worked out. I like PopMatters fine. I was just surprised that you had an interview there. I musn't have seen this in their FB feed. Don't know much about Neu - except that Joy Division loved them - so this really filled in some blanks for me. That Ari Up interview was good, too. She had some great answers.
Yeah, I used to do quite a lot for PopMatters...not as much now.
I'm glad they ran it, anyway.
Yeah, it's weird when people who are pretty much your own age start dying of natural causes. She seemed so charged up with life, too. And three kids, very sad.
